■About the jobAs Financial Controller, you will overlook all finance and accounting operations. Drive business decision-making through financial analysis while leading process optimization and key participation in the global ERP implementation project.■Company detailsAs a leading global sustainability consultancy, our client supports business transformation with end-to-end solutions from strategy to execution across 40 countries.■Main tasks include:・Manage AR/AP processes, invoicing, payment reconciliations, and vendor inquiries.・Oversee daily/weekly cash flow management and online banking operations.・Deliver weekly cash reports, utilization analysis, and financial insights to leadership.・Lead month-end and year-end closing, BS reconciliations, and tax audit prep.・Participate in global ERP refresh, process standardization, and system implementation.・Collaborate with global finance teams and shared service centers to drive efficiency.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Must-Have:
・5-7+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
・Proven background working in multinational or foreign-affiliated companies.
・Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
・Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
■Nice-to-Have:
・Professional accounting certifications (CPA, USCPA, or Nissho Boki).
・Direct experience in ERP implementation, migration, or system refresh.
・Prior exposure to project accounting or professional services/consulting industry.
